Ibrahima Dia, Communications Officer at UCRC, is a bilingual journalist and communicator (French and English). After graduating from the Faculty of Letters, Languages, Arts and Humanities in Bamako (2008), Ibrahima completed the Journalism and Communications training program for the International Institute of Communication and Development of the Netherlands, which focused on web development Social network management (community management), content production, and the development and implementation of communication strategies.

He then completed a training program for Journalist-Image Reporter. This training, funded by the Dutch Embassy in Mali and implemented by the Norbert Zongo Press and Communication Center, Senfilm, and Droit Libre TV in Burkina Faso, now allows him to work as a magazine, feature, and documentary producer. These skills have allowed him to hold several positions as a communications specialist.
