Dr Ibrahim Sanogo, MD, MSPH, PhD Candidate is currently Biostatistician at University Clinical Research Center (UCRC) of University of Sciences, Techniques and Technologies of Bamako (USTTB). He holds a MD degree from Faculty of Medicine, Pharmacy and Odonto-Stomatology of Bamako and a master’s degree in quantitative and econometric methods in health research from Aix-Marseille University (France).

Since 2009, Dr Sanogo has been working in the field of biomedical and clinical research and has been involved in several studies as clinical coordinator and team leader of the joined project between USTTB and the NIH and LSHTM. He has proven expertise in malaria and TB longitudinal data analysis. He is skilled in R and Python programming. He also acquired advanced knowledge in machine learning and infectious diseases modeling.
